We advertise rates by the "Bed Space", not by the unit as a whole. A "Shared" option refers to a Shared Bedroom. A "Private" option refers to a Private Bedroom. If you would like to share a bedroom or unit type that is designed for a single occupant, a $100/month premium will be applied to the total rental rate. Additionally, roommate matching services are unavailable; the entire apartment must be leased by a group. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
