What is an individual lease? |
| Each person in the apartment holds your own lease, which means you are never responsible for your roommate’s rent, and if he/she flakes in the middle of the lease, it’s not your responsibility to fill the space. |

What type of apartments do you have? |
| We have 11 different floor plans, ranging from studios to 4 bedroom apartments. In the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, you may have a shared or private bedroom. The others are all private bedrooms. |

How do you match up roommates? |
| Each person fills out a resident profile. We try to match according to age, year in school, study habits, interests. This is done by hand, not computer. You may also choose your own roommates. |

| Not really. We are right next door to Cal Poly. Most of our residents leave their car here and walk to school. Your apartment is probably closer to your classroom than the parking space you would find at school. There is a city bus that goes anywhere else that you may want to go. |
